The Beginning
- DhaSh PV was founded with the vision of delivering innovative photovoltaic (PV) products and reliable solar solutions to customers, establishing the foundation of the Dhash Group.
First Milestone
- Became the first company in India to receive IEC 62790 certification for PV Junction Boxes
- Established DhaSh Polymer Technologies, strengthening in-house manufacturing capabilities.
Big Partnerships
- Officially recognized as India's first integrated PV Junction Box manufacturer.
- Successfully localized the manufacturing of PV Connectors.
- Achieved ISO 9001 certification.
- Established strategic partnerships with Tata Power, BHEL, BEL, TTK Prestige, Waaree Energies, CEL, and SFO.
Powering Up
- Expanded PV Junction Box manufacturing capacity from 3 GW to 5 GW.
- Launched the certified 24A-rated PV Junction Box.
- Added 10 new injection moulding machines to enhance production capabilities.
- Commenced the first commercial production of the Dhash TRIO Junction Box.
Expanding Horizons
- Increased PV Junction Box manufacturing capacity to 8 GW.
- Started exports to Middle Eastern markets.
- Entered the defence sector by supplying to the industry.
Western Footprint
- Established DEAL Engineering & Automation Pvt. Ltd.
- Expanded business operations into Europe and the United States.
- Increased manufacturing capacity from 8 GW to 11 GW.
- Introduced the Dhash TRIO Junction Box with integrated diode technology.
Backward Integration
- Expanded the portfolio to offer complete DC connection solutions for the solar PV industry.
- Delivered Special Purpose Machine (SPM) solutions to global companies including Schneider, Continental, and Delphi.
- Obtained UL certification.
- Became the first company in India to receive dual certification for its PV Junction Box.
Leadership Rise
- Achieved 32 GW annual PV Junction Box manufacturing capacity.
- Launched 35A-rated Junction Boxes for 1500VDC systems.
- Introduced complete 2000VDC solutions featuring 2000V/35A Junction Boxes and 2000V/45A Connectors with advanced end-cap technology.
- Established Dhash's official registered office in Singapore.
Mega Expansion
- Expanded PV Junction Box manufacturing capacity to 63 GW in India.
- Initiated plans to establish PV Junction Box manufacturing in the USA.
- Expanded PV Ribbon manufacturing capacity to 25 GW.
- Established in-house solar cable manufacturing with a production capacity of 1,000 km per day.
Defence & Future Mobility
- Established Dhash Defense Systems.
- Developed India's first IDDM-based All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) for defence applications, designed and manufactured entirely in India.
